We have several ongoing and unique events occuring at Ukazoo Books, including children's reading hours, our open-mic Forum Series, reading groups, author lectures and signings, and artist showings. Ukazoo Forum Series
Ukazoo hosts an open-mic night on the first Thursday of every month from 7pm to 9pm. The Forum Series welcomes original material from poets, playwrights, authors, and musicians of all kinds. The T n' J Jazz Trio headlines as the house musicians at all Ukazoo Forum events. John, Charlie and TJ (upright bass, electric guitar and drums, respectively) start off every evening with original jams and super-respectable covers around 6pm, about an hour prior to typical Forum exploits. In addition, the band will also perform one piece during The Forum itself. Forum presenters are encouraged to sign-up in advance. For more information, visit myspace.com/ukazooforum, or email ukazooforum@hotmail.com.

Led by Ukazoo staff and local volunteers, our Children's Story Hour takes place in our spacious Children's Area every Wednesday morning from 10:30am to 11:30am. Snacks, juice, and books are provided!
Books 'N Brunch
On the first Saturday of every month, Ukazoo hosts an open brunch from 10am to 1pm. Customers are welcome to stop in, grab some breakfast and a good book, and curl up on one of our many oversized chairs.
Ukazoo Book Clubs
Are you looking to join a Book Club? Ukazoo Books hosts several reading groups which currently meet in the evenings during the last week of each month. Book selections are chosen based on member input, and discussions are held in one of our intimate reading rooms. For more information or to join one of our reading groups, please email ukazoobookclub@gmail.com.
